Fortunately, I had sketch paper with me the moment my best friend fell asleep. Unbeknownst to her, I took the opportunity to finally sketch her.

She looked at peace as she slept, so I wanted to capture the moment because of the tranquility in her pose, and the perspective from which I sketched. Though she awoke earlier than expected, I believe I was able to somewhat capture the essence of the piece: perspective and tranquility.
