Interviewing stakeholders early on was crucial to understand and frame the problem. It was also the first time I collaborated with a product manager, which helped immensely to make headway with an ever constant evolution of requirements and updates. One of which was a broadening of the scope. Initially an iOS project, it grew to include Android. The end design was meant to include workflows for staying up-to-date on key healthcare legislation, lobbying efforts, community events, and accessing podcasts.
The end result was not something the product manager or I saw coming. The project was deprioritized due to an organizational restructuring and with it, my time on the project came to a sudden halt. However, it was a valuable experience as it helped improve my relationship with ambiguity and change.
